This weekend was our marriage ceremony anniversary. With Valentine's solar daytime roughly the corner, I decided to brand something special, romantic!
After all, it is rightly said, " the route to a man's pump is through his stomach"!
As usual, everything amongst me has to survive healthy, quick together with slowly but delicious! This is ane of my master copy recipes, which agency that I came upward amongst this recipe together with that it was non adapted from anyplace. Servings: makes 10-12 medium sized cutlets
Ingredients:
Beetroot: 1, medium-sized, cooked until tender.
Mixed vegetables: ii cups ( I used the frozen mix of peas, carrots, dark-green beans together with corn)
Cauliflower florets: 1 & 1/2 cups
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
Green chilli: 1-2, finely chopped ( adjust equally per private spice level).
Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp, chopped
Garam masala: 1/2 tsp ( optional)
Cornflour: 1 tbsp
Sooji rawa ( cream of wheat/farina): 1/4 loving cup ( for gluten complimentary option, run cornmeal).
Salt to taste
Water to boil the vegetables.
Olive stone oil to grease the skillet/griddle.
Method:
Boil the whole beetroot amongst the tegument on, until tender ( roughly thirty mins on stovetop, faster inward the trace per unit of measurement area cooker). Keep aside.

My batter was slightly runny together with so non trouble solid plenty to cast into "hearts". I so placed the cookie-cutter on the griddle together with added the batter within the cookie-cutter, thus creating the " heart" shapes. You tin follow this technique if yous aspect upward a similar issue.
