Garam masala: a pinch
Cilantro( for garnishing): 2 tbsp chopped.

Method:

Once the mustard seeds splutter, add together curry leaves,turmeric powder, coriander powder, dark pepper powder, amchur powder, chilli powder. Saute for a minute.
