Method:


Heat stone oil inwards a sauté pan/ wok on medium heat. Add mustard seeds together with splutter them. Now add together urad dal, curry leaves together with slit light-green chilies  and sauté until the urad dal turns a niggling golden color ( don't allow it burn). Reduce the open fire to depression together with add together the powdered idlis, tabular array salt together with asofoetida. Sauté for 4-5 minutes on depression oestrus until the idlis are a warm together with yous odor the squeamish aroma of slightly fried idlis. Now sprinkle the sugar, shredded kokosnoot together with mix well.
