Doodhpak (Sabudana Kheer/ Tapioca Pudding)

Ingredients:


Sabudana ( tapioca pearls) : 1/2 cup
Water : two 1/2 cups
Milk : 1 cup
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder: 1/4tsp
Cashew halves: 1 tbsp
Raisins: 1 tbsp
Saffron: iv strands


Method:


Wash the sabudana until all starch is gone. 



Put it inwards a saucepan amongst two 1/2 cups H2O together with choose it to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, trim the open fire to depression together with allow it cook, stirring constantly until the white sabudana(tapioca pearls) plough transparent.

Serve hot or cold. Both sense of savour yummy!
