Banana-Nut Chocolate- Flake Muffins







It is fun to bake when y'all guide maintain a houseful ( inwards my illustration an apartment-full)of kids who appreciate, enjoy, relish together with tin afford to swallow all the baked goodies! After all, they require unloosen energy to run around! I only beloved it! I had some bananas that were getting create to larn bad together with decided to brand banana-nut muffins.I usually make banana-nut bread, but muffins are easier to serve, easier to swallow together with slow to pack for picnics at the park. I threw inwards some chocolate chip for the extra temptation together with drizzled some to a greater extent than chopped walnuts on top! The number was an irresistible Banana-nut chocolate-chip muffin. The kids loved it! My boy didn't guide maintain the patience to aspect to swallow it! He kept proverb "no,no,no" wiggling his cute niggling index finger every fourth dimension I laid out to guide maintain a picture! He only wouldn't allow me guide maintain a practiced picture!

Servings: two dozen muffins


Ingredients:


Whole wheat flour: two cups+ 1 tbsp
Baking soda: 1 tsp
Salt:1/4 tsp
Ground cinnamon: ½ tsp
Ground nutmeg: ¼ tsp
Vanilla extract:1 tsp
Butter:1/2 cup
Brown sugar:3/4 cup
Eggs: 3
Overripe bananas: two cups(4 bananas),mashed
Walnuts:½ loving cup + 1/4 cup,chopped(optional)
Chocolate chips: 1/2cup


Method:


Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Line a muffin tray amongst cupcake liners together with move on aside. If y'all don't guide maintain liners, y'all could only grease it.

Mix 1/4 loving cup of chopped walnuts amongst 1 tbsp flour together with move on aside.

Using a electrical mixer,beat together the butter, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg  in a medium bowl until creamy.

Add the banana, together with eggs, beating until smooth.

Now add together the flour inwards niggling yesteryear niggling stirring amongst a wooden spoon.

Mix inwards the nuts together with chocolate chips.



Let it balance at room temperature, uncovered for 10 minutes.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tray.



Now sprinkle niggling chip of the dry out flour mixed chopped walnuts on ambit of each muffin.

Place the tray on the see rack of the oven together with  bake for 15-20 mins at 350 deg F. or until a toothpick inserted into the see comes out clean.

Take the muffin tray out together with allow it  cool for 10 minutes earlier removing  them out onto a rack to cool completely.








Enjoy them warm.
