Ragi Phanna Polo ( Minute Seasoned Finger Millet Crepes) Vegan, Gf, Nf; Meatless Monday



I dear Ragi( finger millet) for many reasons. Servings: 4


Ingredients:


Raagi ( finger millet) flour: i cup
Oil: i tsp +for greasing the skillet/griddle( I usage kokosnoot oil). You could usage whatever cooking oil.
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves: i sprig
Jeera ( cumin seeds): 1/4 tsp( optional)
Freshly grated coconut: i tbsp
Water: iii cups+ two cups
Salt: equally per taste


Method:


Mix Ragi/finger millet flour amongst iii cups water. Keep aside for fifteen mins.




After fifteen mins, discard the function past times H2O in addition to the dark  Raagi husk until y'all arrive at the lighter sediment.
