Kuvale Sasam ( Ash Gourd/Wintermelon Cooked Inward Mustard Flavored Kokosnoot Sauce)

Ingredients:

Coconut oil: 1 tsp

Method:


Cut the ash gourd/Wintermelon/kuvale into medium sized pieces.  Add the pieces to a pot, add together 1/2 loving cup water, 1/2 tsp common salt together with allow it create until tender ( commonly takes roughly 10-15 mins).

In a blender/food processor/mixie, grind together freshly grated coconut, tamarind, dried carmine chillies to a fine paste. When the glue is close done, add together 1/2 tsp mustard seeds together with pulse twice.
