Ingredients:

Black pepper: freshly ground: 1/8 tsp
Garam masala: a pinch ( optional)
Salt: to taste
Cilantro chopped: 1 tbsp.
Method:
Heat 1 tbsp crude inward a frying pan/ skillet/sauté pan. Add the chopped onions. Sauté until the onions plow slightly golden.
Add the chopped tomatoes together with light-green chillies together with sauté until the tomatoes are good cooked.
Add the haldi powder. Mix well.
Now movement this entire mixture to 1 side of the pan.
Add 1 tbsp crude to the other side of the pan. Crack 1 egg, allow it cook, together with thence scramble it. When scrambled, mix it amongst the onion-tomato mixture.
Repeat this procedure amongst the other egg.
Mix well. Add salt, pepper pulverization together with garam masala.
Garnish amongst freshly chopped cilantro/ coriander leaves.
Serve hot amongst staff of life slices/ dinner rolls or amongst rice every bit a side-dish.
