  • 2 cups / 250g oatmeal,
  • 1 loving cup / 125g whey poly peptide (chocolate flavour),

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder,
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
  • less than one-half a loving cup of H2O / 80ml water
