Salt : to taste
Sugar: pinch
Cooking oil: 1 tbsp
Cilantro ( coriander leaves) for garnishing.
To roast in addition to dry out grind:
Coriander seeds: 1 tsp
Cumin: 1/2 tsp
Methi seeds ( fenugreek seeds): ii nos
Black pepper: 1/8 tsp
