Paanak ( A Refreshing, Thirst-Quencher).



Paanak is a traditional non-alcoholic imbibe from my hometown. Servings: makes 3  5 oz glasses.


Ingredients:


Water: two cups
Ice cubes: 6-8 nos
Lime/lemon juice: from i modest lime/lemon.
Jaggery: 3/4 cup, grated ( tin terminate last adjusted every bit per private desired score of sweetness).

Method:
