- Zucchini – 1 medium-sized, thinly sliced

- Rice vinegar – 1tbsp
- Chili sauce – two tbsp
- Sugar – a pinch
- Black pepper pulverisation – 1/2 tsp
- White sesame seeds – two tsp, to garnish
Method:
