Very Berry Smoothie; Vegan; Meatless Monday!
It hold out feels similar summertime here!! Well truly also much summer!! It is officially non summertime yet!! It was therefore hot all weekend long!! I couldn't deport it! All I did was potable fluids all weekend long. I didn't experience similar eating anything due to the heat.
I made this mixed berry smoothie using the berries I had inwards my refrigerator. This is the flavour for berries too I convey atleast 2-3 kinds on mitt all the time. The kids love yo munch on berries too I role them inwards my oatmeal. For the smoothie I used around overripe strawberries, blueberries too raspberries. I added a whole banana to give the smoothie thickness too sweetness. Just to live extra sure, I threw inwards a tablespoon of honey. I am aware that smoothies are made amongst milk but I blended the whole thing amongst water. You could role kokosnoot H2O to give additional sweetness or to substitute for honey. You could strain it if you lot wish. I didn't strain it! The kids too wife loved it! I am certain I volition brand this all summertime long! It is a slap-up means to larn people who don't swallow fruits to swallow fruits! My boy couldn't proceed his hands off!
Servings: makes 4 8 oz glasses

Ingredients :
Strawberries: 1 cup,hulled, washed too drained.
Blueberries: 1 cup, hulled, washed too drained.
Raspberries: 1 cup, hulled, washed too drained.
Banana: 1, large
Honey/Agave : 1 tbsp
Water: two cups ( tin add together to a greater extent than depending on desired thickness)
Ice: 1+ 1 cup
Method:
Add all the higher upwards ingredients except 1 loving cup ice, to a blender. Pulse too blend for 1 minute.
Divide 1 loving cup H2O ice betwixt 4 cups. Pour the smoothie until desired level. Garnish amongst a fresh strawberry.
Serve chilled!

If you lot cannot live bothered amongst washing too cleaning the berries, you lot tin role frozen berries. They ordinarily come upwards inwards a mixed handbag too are perfect for smoothies! All you lot convey to practice is throw them inwards a blender!
You tin add together soy/almond/coconut milk if you lot are vegan too regular milk if you lot are not. It makes for a slap-up filling breakfast substitute.
