Ingredients:

Rice vinegar: 1 tbsp
Soy sauce: 1 tsp
Grated ginger: 1/2 tsp
Honey: 3/4 tsp
Minced garlic: 1 clove
Red chilli pepper flakes: a pinch

Method:
Cook the Endamame over the stove-top until tender. Keep aside to cool.
