Servings: 4-6
Ingredients:
Cauliflower florets: 3 cups
Potatoes: ii medium, peeled too sliced into sparse wedges.
Coconut oil: 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Haldi ( turmeric powder): 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp ( adapt based on your spice level).
Garam masala powder: a pinch ( optional)
Salt: to taste
Method:
In a sauté pan or frying pan, oestrus oil. Add cumin seeds, sauté for 10 seconds.
Add haldi,coriander too chilli powder.
Now add together the cauliflower florets too sauté on medium oestrus until three-quarters tender. It should plough slightly chocolate-brown too crisp.
Now add together the murphy slices , tabular array salt too sauté for a minute. Cover too laid on depression until the potatoes are tender.
Add a pinch of garam masala powder, mix well.
Serve hot alongside steamed rice/ apartment bread/bread.
