Ingredients:

Green chillies: 2

Sugar: 1 tbsp
For tempering:
Coconut petroleum : 1 tsp
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves: 1 sprig
Method:
Coarsely grind together coriander seeds, cumin seeds, light-green chillies, tabular array salt together with sugar.
Take this mixture inwards a bowl amongst the freshly grated coconut.
Mix it well.
Tempering:
In a modest frying pan, estrus kokosnoot oil, add together mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds splutter, add together the curry leaves. Turn of the flame. Add this to the higher upward bowl.
