Have yous ever heard of soup made out of cilantro leaves??? Well, believe it or not, it is a real traditional recipe where I come upwardly from. Freshly grated coconut: 1/2 cup

Tamarind pulp: 1/4 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Water: 1/2 loving cup + ii cups

For tempering:

Coconut oil: 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves: 1 sprig

Method:


In a nutrient processor/mixer-grinder/blender, grind together coriander leaves, light-green chillies, freshly grated coconut, salt, tamarind together with 1/2 loving cup H2O to a fine paste.

In a pot/ saucepan, dilute this glue amongst ii cups of water. Bring it to a boil. Turn off the flame.Now temper the soup every bit described below.

Tempering:

Heat kokosnoot petroleum inward a minor frying pan. Add mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds splutter, add together Curry leaves. Turn off the flame. Add this tempering to the inward a higher house pot.



Serve hot amongst or together with so prissy hot steamed rice.

Kothambari saaru served amongst squeeze upkari , matta rice together with fried fish.
