Ingredients:


Okra/ ladies finger/bhendi: 250 gms or 8 oz
Freshly grated coconut: ii cups
Coriander seeds: 1 tbsp
Dried reddish chillies: 3-4
Tamarind: marble-sized piece.
Water: ii cups
Coconut Oil: 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste.

For tempering:
Coconut oil: 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves: 1 sprig

Method:



 

Roast the coriander seeds with 1/2 tsp stone oil until aromatic. Add the reddish chilies to it for a infinitesimal , roast a piddling together with run along aside to cool.


Wash the okra together with pat it dry out completely using newspaper towels or kitchen towels. Then cutting it into 1 inch size pieces.


Boil it with 1 loving cup H2O together with tabular array salt until tender( some 5-8 mins). 



While the okra is cooking, inward a blender,grind together the freshly grated coconut, reddish chillies, tamarind, together with coriander seeds to a fine glue . Add H2O piece grinding equally needed.
