Ingredients:


Condensed milk: 1 tin can ( fourteen oz)
Whole milk: two cups
Roasted Vermicelli : two cups
Cardamom powder: 1/8th spoon
Saffron strands: 2-3
Cashew nut bits: 1 tbsp
Slivered almonds: 1 tbsp
Raisins: 1 tbsp
Ghee ( clarified butter): 1 tsp
Salt: a pinch

Method:


Add 1 tin can condensed milk together with two cups whole milk to a saucepan/ pot. Bring this mixture to a boil.




Add roasted vermicelli, cardamom pulverisation together with saffron strands to the inward a higher house pot. Mix well.
Turn off the flame. Cover the pot. Keep it covered for five mins.




While the vermicelli is beingness cooked inward the hot milk, instruct the garnishing ready.




Heat ghee ( clarified butter) inward a pocket-size pan. Add the cashew bits together with slivered almonds together with sauté for a couplet of mins until it but turns golden. Be careful non to laissez passer the sack it.
