To score this occasion, I decided to brand something tricolor: orange, white together with greenish ; the colors of the Indian Flag.

I decided to instruct inwards but inwards tricolor! I used cantaloupe for orange, banana for white ( which well, turned brownish!) together with honeydew for green. These fruit sorbets are super-simple & slow to make! Simply cutting the fruits, freeze them, blend them, freeze them i time to a greater extent than together with so serve!! It is dairy free, thence those who are lactose intolerant tin likewise relish it!

Servings: 4-6
Ingredients:
Cantaloupe :1/4 medium sized
Honeydew: 1/4 medium sized
Bananas: iv ripe
Lemon juice: two tbsp
Honey: iv tbsp ( tin live adjusted every bit per private taste.) If you lot lead maintain no honey, you lot tin role regular sugar.
Water: 1 cup
Almond milk: 1/2 loving cup ( tin role regular milk if non allergic together with don't lead maintain almond milk).
Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp

Chocolate syrup: to drizzle
Walnut pieces: 1 tbsp, for garnish ( optional)
Method:
Wash, peel together with cutting the fruits into seize amongst teeth size pieces. Lay them on a baking tray together with freeze them for 4-5 hours.
Take the cantaloupe out. Add it to a blender with two tbsp beloved , 1 tbsp lemon juice together with 1/2 loving cup water. Blend it. Put it inwards a container. Cover it with cling-wrap together with freeze it for 1-2 hours.
Repeat the same amongst the honeydew.
Next, accept the frozen bananas, add together them to the blender amongst 1/2 loving cup almond milk together with 1/2 tsp vanilla essence together with blend. Pour it into a loaf pan or plastic tub-like container. Cover amongst cling-wrap together with freeze it for 1-2 hours.
To get together the banana split:
Slit i unmarried banana lengthwise. Arrange it on a serving plate/ bowl.
Using a H2O ice cream scoop, scoop i scoop each of cantaloupe, banana together with honeydew sorbet, inwards that order. Arrange it on the serving plate/bowl every bit shown inwards the picture.
Drizzle the bananas amongst chocolate syrup. Sprinkle amongst chopped nuts.
Serve immediately!
