Ingredients :


For the quinoa salad:

Quinoa: 1 cup, uncooked

For the beets:
Beets: three medium-sized one

Olive oil: 1 tbsp+ 1/4 cup
White Onion: 1, medium ( to a greater extent than or less 1 cup, chopped)
Red vino vinegar: three tbsp
Dijon mustard: 1 tbsp
Green chilli: 1
Sugar: 1 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/4 tsp

Method:


Preheat the oven to 375 deg F.
