Mint-Cilantro/Coriander-Coconut Chutney



Mint-Cilantro chutney is i of my favorite chutneys! It is a go-to accompaniment for must appetizers, hold upward it kebabs, pakoras or bhajias! It is too groovy alongside virtually all kinds of dosas & idlis. It is a perfect amalgamation of the fragrance together with flavors of both herbs. This chutney tin hold upward made alongside or without coconut.

Ingredients:


Cilantro: 1/2 bunch, leaves separated from the stems & cleaned, stems discarded.
Mint: 1/2 bunch, leaves separated from the stems & cleaned, stems discarded.
Freshly grated coconut: 1 cup
Green chillies: 2-3 small, tin hold upward adjusted based on private spice level.
Fresh ginger: 1 inch, peeled.
Tamarind: if dry out marble sized. If using the pulp, 1/4 tsp.
Salt: every bit per taste
Water: 1/2 cup

Tempering: ( optional)

Coconut oil: 1 tsp
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves: 1 sprig

Method:


In a blender, add together all the to a higher house ingredients except cilantro together with mint together with grind them.When kokosnoot is virtually solid position down to a fine paste, add together the cilantro & mint leaves together with blend it to a fine paste.
